Crop Circles is a bit needy and pathetic, but I love her anyway. She's the younger sister, just a little bit jealous of her older brother, Alien Dream. One day she'll grow up and have her own kingdom.
Stories from the barren edge of the universe, from the flat edge of the earth. Thoughts that exist in between yes and no, between go and stay. Words that flow like alien wheat on the brittle solar wind.
The Speaking
Who we are. One. Alone.
Why we are here. To write. To tell.
What we want. The listening.
Where we go. Ever and ever onward.
When will it happen. Now. Always now.
Crop Circle Manifesto
They appeared in the middle of the night when we were all sleeping. Patterns within patterns. Wheels within wheels. Handiwork of the aliens in our midst.
They moved like liquid silver, almost invisible at times. We pretended we couldn’t see them. But we always knew they were there. Somewhere.
Fingers flying like lightning, sparks catching on the dry edges of our souls, words conjuring magic in the midnight dust.
I'm an urban fantasy author with Harper Voyager, and I now have two novels under my belt. (Hurrah!) Afterlife and Feast are available for purchase just about anywhere and either one of them will temporarily make you forget about doing laundry, cleaning the bathroom or paying your bills. I love writing scary/romantic stories and I firmly believe in HEAs. I'm an animal lover and a tree-hugger and I sometimes forget that I'm wearing my PJs until I go outside to get the mail.

B-
I know.
But the good thing is Crop Circles has come in from the backyard and she is taking that stupid popcorn bowl off her head. Finally!
I think she heard your cyber voice and realized there is hope.
She's not alone anymore.
:)
Thanks for dropping in, Becca!

You're welcome! :D I saw that cry for company over at Alien Dream and rushed over. :D I'm glad I did. This is another great blog, you've got. :)

Bec,
Thanks!

Until then, it's all a fantasy.
